  • How do we create an account to view the products?

    If you are an existing customer with IH Casa Decor, you can contact us directly and your existing login credentials should be transferred. 

    If you are a new customer, you have to register for an account by filling in all the necessary information and then a username and password will be emailed to you.   

  • How can I place an order?

    You are able to place your order through the following methods:

    Emailing your order to orderdesk@ihcasadecor.com

    Faxing a copy of your order to 905-795-9226

  • Where is the showroom located?

    The showroom is located at 7325 Bramalea Rd. Mississauga, Ontario L5S 1C5.

    If you would like to visit the showroom, please call 905-795-9215 to schedule an appointment before arriving.

  • I do not own a store; can I buy your products?

    Unfortunately, we are a wholesaler to retail distributors, we do not sell directly to the public.

    Please call our office and we will be able to navigate you to one of our retail distributors, where can select and purchase products of your preference.

  • Do you do cash and carry?

    Yes, please schedule an appointment with our office before coming into our showroom. Once your order is finalized, we will fulfill the order for you.

  • Where do you ship?

    Currently, we are only shipping orders within Canada. For any US inquiries, please contact our office and we can discuss.

  • How much is shipping?

    Shipping varies depending on your location.  Please contact the shipping department to receive a quote for your shipment.

  • What do I do if the merchandise is damaged?

    You can file a claim by calling the office at 905-795-9215, sending a fax to 905-795-9226 or emailing to orderdesk@ihcasadecor.com.  Please include your invoice # when filing a claim.
